OVERVIEW
All businesses today have a cyber-exposure, especially healthcare organizations. From large billion-dollar companies to single location operators, all senior care organizations need to be aware of cyber risk. Gains in technology and innovation are happening so quickly that it can be tough to stay ahead of the curve. This has only escalated with COVID-19. Many organizations are discovering that the pace of digital advancement is far quicker than their cyber risk preparedness against attacks such as: ransomware, criminal misuse of confidential data, rogue employees, malicious actors, etc. With cyber risk, it is not an issue of if, but when an incident may affect your organization. Every organization should have a comprehensive cyber risk management strategy, and cyber insurance should be a core component. Prepare today to keep your organization safe.
